Highest safety standards for our personnel

The company targets to eradicate accidents and injury on our construction sites. Our target is to maintain our record of zero accidents and to achieve this we are placing special efforts in training our personnel, following best practices, and having modern construction machinery equipped with safety accessories.

Health & safety is part of our mindset and guides our approach on every job. We recognize that health & safety is a continuous challenge in an industry that involves heavy duty machinery, very heavy loads and working at heights. While ensuring the safety of our employees and those of our sub-contractors, we also share useful developments and lessons learned with the wider industry through professional organizations, conferences, and other.

It is our responsibility to ensure that every person who works for GT GROUND ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SERVICES returns home safely at the end of the working day. All employees receive training as part of our Health and Safety program, which is also extended to our sub-contractors and partners.

Our management is accountable for preventing workplace injuries and illnesses and has implemented the most rigorous health and safety procedures, adhering to OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Standards.
